Introducing the Walkshop

On foot. Along the coast. With space to breathe.

Welcome to my "Walkshop" - a gentle, grounded way to untangle thoughts and rediscover clarity.

I live near St Agnes and I'd like to offer a few sessions for founders, entrepreneurs, creatives and leaders who are navigating change, craving space to think or simply feeling a bit stuck. No whiteboard, no desk, no rigid plan. Just two people (or a group of people) walking along the coastal path, with time and space to think.

I’m not a qualified life coach but I'm an excellent listener. I’ve built businesses, helped people navigate tough decisions and found that walking - really walking - helps people speak from somewhere more truthful. These aren’t “sessions.” They’re walks with purpose.

How I'm imagining it will work

  • We meet near St Agnes, North Cornwall.
  • We walk. 2 to 3 hours maybe?
  • You talk, I listen.
  • I offer some insights.
  • After the walk, you’re welcome to head home or we clarify next steps in a nearby cafe (which you pay for!)

Or, if you prefer, I could do a walkshop for groups

Sometimes, clarity comes in connection. I get that (although the dynamic wouldn't be quite the same).

I’m imagining a group Walkshop as a small gathering - maybe 3 to 4 people, 6 max - where we walk, talk and reflect. I’d gently guide the conversation or subject matter, and we reconvene at various points.

Ultimately, the walk would be about creating space for connection and thought (rather than me providing an incisive 1-2-1) which could work well for a leadership team, a creative collective or just a group of curious minds.

No pressure to reach any big outcome - though we might jot down ideas or explore tangents that come up along the way.

Tea in a local cafe could round off the walk. A low-key approach basically but hopefully something that stays with you and gives you some clarity of thought for whatever business / team / life goal you are pursuing.

Who is this for? *

  • Founders in flux
  • Leaders in transition
  • Creatives feeling blocked
  • Thinkers who need to feel again

* If you or your team don't fit the above description, please don't be offended if I decline your request. In a nutshell, I feel I can offer the most value to people who have these characteristics. To that end, I'll want to learn a bit more about you before I accept your request!

Interested?

You don’t need a “goal.” You don’t need to be burnt out. You just need to want to walk, talk and see what shows up.

Get in touch or just take the first step and let’s walk it out.
