As a Pathway Volunteer, you'll be the first point of contact for foodbank visitors, offering a friendly face and an empathetic ear. You’ll help them navigate the referral process, connect them to our Citizen’s Advice Financial Inclusion officer and ensure they don’t have to repeat their story. With your organisational skills and willingness to learn, you’ll play a key role in supporting our users and making their journey smoother. Ready to make a difference? Join us and help create a better path forward for those in need!
