We are part of the National Citizens Advice Charity. We offer free confidential advice to people on a wide variety of issues.

Citizens Advice Bromsgrove & Redditch are part of the National Citizens Advice Charity, working locally to offer free confidential advice and information. We have specialist advisers who provide quality, independent advice, free of charge, to people who live and work in the Bromsgrove and Redditch areas. This advice covers a wide variety of issues including, benefits, debt, housing, work, family, discrimination, consumer issues and many more. Our volunteers come from a wide variety of backgrounds. All volunteers receive comprehensive training so do not need any previous qualifications or specific experience. We are also happy to recruit corporate/employee volunteers. Volunteering to help with Citizens advice is very rewarding: Helping local people and making a real difference to our community.
