I have been at Citizens Advice Plymouth for 9 years and I love it! My role allows me to support, inspire and develop others whilst developing, negotiating and bring in new funding and services to help even more communities. Outside of my work, I am a wife and a mother, who loves to spend time outdoors, walking, camping and swimming. I enjoy volunteering, I am currently a trustee for a local CIC supporting the empowerment and confidence building the community through the use of Karate and being active and in addition to this each year I like to take on charity fundraising activities and this year I completed the Alzheimer's Society Trek 26 walk. Previous to this I was a local school governor and a volunteer Duke of Edinburgh leader.
