Empowering isolated local residents by co-creating pathways to volunteer, train and work to build confidence, skills and oportunity.
Together with funding from the National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund we aim to create meaningful, sustainable access to volunteering, up-skilling, and training pathways in Ernesettle, Honicknowle, and Whitleigh—areas north of the A38. Working with local residents and trusted partners such as Four Greens Community Trust, Whitleigh Community Trust and Barnardo’s Family Hub, we’ll co-design these opportunities based on community needs.
