Accessibility
We want everyone to engage with T4G. So we’re excited to say our platform is 99.4% AA and 92.5% AAA compliant with WCAG 2.1.
WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is like a magic recipe for making web content more accessible.
Here's what it means for you.
You can:
- Adjust colours, contrast and fonts with browser extensions.
- Zoom in up to 300% without text turning into a jumbled mess.
- Navigate the website using just a keyboard (no need for fancy footwork).
- Use speech recognition software to navigate.
- Listen to the website with screen readers like JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver.
We’ve kept text instructions simple - because we believe accessibility should be easy, not like deciphering hieroglyphics. AbilityNet offers advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
